Move in / move out cleaning prepares a primarily empty home for a rental handover, property sale or new occupant. Please have large furniture and personal belongings moved out, and clear cabinets, drawers, closets, pantry shelves, the refrigerator and oven before the visit. We do not move or dispose of belongings.

Share any landlord or realtor cleaning requirements ahead of time so we can compare them with our checklist. Electricity and running water must be on at the time of service.
